Terms and Conditions

Agreement to Rules: By entering this Contest, You (the “Participant”) agrees to abide by the Organizer’s Terms & Conditions (or “Rules”) and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Organizer reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Organizer’s sole discretion. By entering this Contest, You represents and warrants that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Terms & Conditions. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Organizer as final and binding as it relates to the content of the Contest.


The Organizer regularly receives photographs, videos or motion pictures that capture names, voices, and/or images (any of the foregoing types of media are called the “Materials”).


By submitting materials, participants warrant to the Organizer that: a. their entry complies with the Submission Criteria; and b. they are legal residents of [Country/CMaterialsountries where the Promotion is conducted], have a valid email address, and are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry.


Materials must consist solely of the participant’s own photos or videos. If any entry is found not to be the participant’s own work, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the entry and revoke any associated recognition or rewards. The participant assumes all liability and bears all consequences arising from any such disqualification.


The Organizer is not responsible for nor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to email security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email. Nor shall be Organizer be liable for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner 1) fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time the award notification was sent, 2) is found ineligible, or 3) does not complete and return an executed declaration and release within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected. Receipt of the prize (offered in the Contest) by the Winner is upon the condition of compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. IF THE WINNER VIOLATES ANY OF THESE RULES, THE WINNER (AT THE ORGANIZE’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.


Terms & Conditions: In its sole discretion, the Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate any and all Contest should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the Organizer’s control, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of Contest. The Organizer, in the event of any of the above issues, may determine the Winner based on all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Organizer. Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of the Contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified by the Organizer in its sole discretion. In its sole discretion, the Organizer has the right to maintain the integrity of Contests, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: Multiple entries from the same user; multiple entries from the same computer beyond the number allowed by the Contest rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Attempts by any participant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of any or all Contests may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. If any such attempt is made, the Organizer reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Organizer is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant whom the Organizer believes either has tampered with the entry process, or has submitted an entry otherwise than in accordance with these conditions of entry.

Limitation of Liability: Your entry into the Organizer’s Contest constitutes Your agreement to release and hold harmless the Organizer and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Contest and/or the 1) Winner accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of any awarded prize or any portion thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; 5) electronic error or human error in the Promotion administration or the processing of entries.

The Prize
  1. The prize constitutes [One (1) participation slot for 2026 Roborock x Real Madrid Clinic, covering round-trip airfare, accommodation, local transportation, meals, and insurance.]
  2. The Organizer takes no responsibility for any harm, illness, or injuries caused by the use of the prize.

Notification of winner and verification of participant
  1. The winner will be notified via [rmclinic@roborock.com]. The Email will be used purely for the purpose of delivering the prize and will not be retained in our database.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information, fails to provide information, circumvents the rules, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in, or benefits from in, any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion.
  3. If a winner does not claim the prize by [7 days] following the winner being notified [from April 24 to April 30, 2026], or is otherwise disqualified from the giveaway, the Organizer may assign the prize to the entry judged the next random entry in the giveaway, or withdraw the prize, and the winner will forfeit any and all rights in and to the prizes.
  4. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The judges’ decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for late or misdirected entries or other communications. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches or viruses. If such problems arise, then the Organizer may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
  5. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Organizer determines, in their sole discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize.
  6. If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, the Organizer may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

General
  1. Any costs associated with entering the giveaway and accessing the media page are the responsibility of the participant.
  2. Participants consent to the Organizer using their full name, as represented on their Instagram profile in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Organizer.

Social Media Channel-Specific Rules: The Organizer’s Contest hosted by Roborock Technology Co. and its affiliates is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party social media platforms, including without limitation to Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.

Disputes: THE ORGANIZER’S CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF JAPAN, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participants’ actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering Organizer’s Contest. The participants waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

By participating in the Organizer’s Contest, You, the participant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Terms & Conditions.
