This Roborock Limited Warranty (“Limited Warranty”) gives the original purchaser (“you”) the express limited warranty rights for the duration set forth below. This Limited Warranty applies to all products sold by Roborock Technology Co. (“Roborock”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, authorized resellers, authorized distributors, or country distributors within Malaysia. Roborock’s warranty obligations are only to you. This Limited Warranty cannot be assigned or transferred. This Limited Warranty is limited to the terms set forth below.
NEW PRODUCTS LIMITED WARRANTY.
Roborock warrants to you that the new Roborock product you purchased (the “Product”) will be reasonably free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the product purchase date, when the Product is stored, handled, installed, used, and maintained in accordance with instructions provided by Roborock.
This Limited Warranty applies only to new products sold in Malaysia
WARRANTY COVERAGE AND LIMITATIONS
During the applicable warranty period, Roborock shall, at its sole discretion, provide repair service for Products that fail due solely to defects in materials or workmanship, subject to the terms and limitations set forth in this Limited Warranty.
Roborock’s responsibility under this Limited Warranty is limited to the repair of defective Products or components. Replacement parts used in the repair process may be new or equivalent to new.
Products repaired under this Limited Warranty will continue to be covered for either (a) the remainder of the original warranty period, or (b) ninety (90) days from the date of repair, whichever is longer. Repair service does not extend or restart the original warranty period.
When warranty service involves the replacement of parts, the replaced parts become Roborock’s property.
PROOF OF PURCHASE.
The warranty period for the Product commences on the date of purchase.
To establish coverage under this Limited Warranty, you are required to provide valid proof of purchase. Acceptable proof includes a receipt or invoice showing the purchase date. In the absence of such documentation, the warranty period will default to commence three months from the Product’s factory shipment date, as determined by Roborock’s internal records.
DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Consumable components of the Product, such as brushes, filters, mops, except where failure is due to defects in materials or workmanship in non-consumable parts of the Product;
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic;
Non-Roborock products, even if bundled with the Product;
Products whose serial numbers have been altered, defaced, or removed;
Products that are lost or stolen after purchase.
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:
Misuse, accidents (including but not limited to collision, fire, or liquid exposure), neglect, abuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications;
Use of non-Roborock accessories, attachments, or cleaning solutions;
Service or repair performed by unauthorized personnel;
Failure to follow official instructions, manuals, or maintenance guidelines;
Improper storage or exposure to extreme environmental conditions such as high humidity, heat, or direct sunlight;
Power surges, incorrect voltage, or unstable electrical supply;
Commercial or non-residential use unless the Product is explicitly designed for such use;
Outdoor use unless the Product is specifically designed for such environment;
Unauthorized software or firmware modifications.
Eligibility for coverage under this Limited Warranty is void if:
The Product is used in violation of these terms;
The Product is purchased, used, or operated outside Malaysia;
The Product is identified as counterfeit or involved in fraudulent activity.
Roborock reserves the right to deactivate the Product in cases of suspected fraud, counterfeit, or theft.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES.
THE WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HERE ARE THE ONLY WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY ROBOROCK IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT. ROBOROCK DOES NOT MAKE ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR USAGE IN TRADE.
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROBOROCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.
USE OF PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION
If you obtain service under this warranty, you authorize Roborock and its authorized service providers to collect, store, and process your personal information (including name, phone number, address, and email) for the purpose of providing warranty service. This information may be transferred internationally where necessary and may be disclosed where required by law.
GOVERNING LAW
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
YOUR RIGHTS AND THIS WARRANTY
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights under applicable laws of Malaysia. Nothing in this Limited Warranty affects statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
